Gulf Educational Foundation is an independent, non-profit, independent major NGO.

It is a nonpartisan institution, far from any party or party affiliation, but serves all the Palestinian people.

It was established in Gaza City in 2006 in accordance with the Palestinian Charities and Associations Law and is licensed by the Ministry of Interior No. RA_22451_E. The Foundation was established in order to promote the level of the Palestinian education sector by implementing a number of relief and development projects targeting all educational institutions without discrimination. Aims to promote the Palestinian student in particular and the Palestinian youth in general.
